Shipping Policy
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail®. You can calculate shipping costs as you add items to your shopping cart and at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated by USPS in real time and are based on the shipping weight of your total order and the zip code of your shipping address. Please note that package weight cannot exceed 70 lbs. for U.S.P.S. delivery. If your order exceeds 70 lbs, you will be notified at checkout.

Delivery Time & Shipping Costs:
We make every effort to ship your order the same day we receive it. Cut off time for same day delivery is 12:00pm EST. Most shipments will arrive in the 2-3 day time schedule set by the USPS for Priority Mail. Priority Mail shipping costs start at $8.95.

Return Policy
All claims must be made within five business days of receipt of goods. No returns will be honored without written permission and a return authorization number. Please contact us at info@WholeFoodsforPets.net or call us at 845-988-0283 if you need to return a product for any reason.
